With over thirty years of experience in tax, general accounting and business consulting, I understand the numerous accounting and tax compliance issues you have as a business owner.

I have twelve years of public accounting experience split between a small local firm and a large regional firm, where I was in charge of their Accounting and Business Services Department providing accounting services for small to medium-sized businesses in different industries. These services included write-up, preparation of compiled financial statements, payroll tax returns, sales tax returns, personal property tax returns, business management consulting, and income tax preparation.

I also have eighteen years of experience as Controller for two large residential construction and development companies, where I was responsible for the entire accounting, finance and tax compliance duties for multiple entities of various types.

I graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree, and majored in Accounting. I am a Georgia Licensed Certified Public Accountant, a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a member of the Georgia Society of CPA’s. I am also a QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor.

My wife Sandra and I have two sons, Alex (20) and Brett (18). We live in the Grayson community. We enjoy music and sports.
